The only downside of this method is that you need to create a Windows 10 password reset disk before your password is lost. Using a password reset disk is Microsoft's official method to reset a lost Windows password. Be sure to change your utilman.exe and cmd.exe back to normal. Once you type the new password for the account user or simply press enter for no password, you can attempt to logon with the username and password you changed.ġ4.
